At Feast we are committed to bringing you high quality food in peak condition. All of the food we send is freshly produced and made in our kitchens for each individual order. Please read the Terms and Conditions below before placing any order.
Order Confirmation & Availability
Our website will be updated on a daily basis however as the Products listed for sale on our site are made to order, they will not be immediately available and the period of notice must be observed. Therefore all orders are subject to acceptance by us. Whilst you will receive an email from us instructing you how to pay once you’ve placed your order, this is not necessarily confirmation of your order. You will be notified within two hours of processing placing your order if we cannot produce it. Once the product has been dispatched you will also receive a dispatch confirmation by email. The contract of sale between us, Deli on the Hill (MH) Ltd will only be formed when we send you the ‘Confirmation of Order’ email.
Because all of the food we produce for sale on our website is made to order, we require a three day notice period to be able to ensure your selection can be produced. Please be aware that if you place an order outside of this notice period, although we will still endeavor to process the order, we cannot guarantee we will be able to complete your order. If this situation should arise, we will email you notifying you that your order cannot be processed and put forward our suggested alterations to the order.
Period of Cancellation
Your are entitled to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing your order and before payment has been made. If however you have paid for your order, the right to cancellation is void.
Payment for all food orders, whether they be through Feast’s Fresh Food Store, or through Feast Catering, must be made in advance. Orders will not be dispatched or made available for collection until payment has been made. Please be aware that payment on delivery/collection does not qualify as advance payment and in these cases food may not be available to collection unless a prior agreement with us has been made.
Delivery and Collection
Collection - 72 Hours Notice Required
3 Day Production and Delivery to N10 - £12, no matter the size of the order.
3 Day Production and Delivery to N6,N2,N8 - £20, no matter the size of the order.
Delivery outside of N10,N6,N2 or N8 cannot be accommodated currently. Please contact us on 0208 883 0117 if you require delivery outside these areas before placing an order.
In accordance with our ‘period of notice required’ policy, deliveries will be sent out three days subsequent to the order being placed. We ask that you place orders before 5pm to guarantee this time scale. It is also imperative that some one is at the stated delivery address to receive the parcel; we will not leave parcels with neighbours or friends unless stated, as goods are perishable and delicate. We are however able to deliver to work addresses wherever possible.
We ask that you inform us of the house number and not just the name of your house. If your house has no number please give a description of directions.
Please make sure that your full postcode is stated on the order form, if you do not know it you can use the postcode finder at www.royalmail.com.
If your address is hard to find please let us know and give us some information, simple directions from points of interest or with flats, specific floors, or bells i.e. Third cottage on the right with a green door.
Please include daytime, evening and mobile numbers, if you can. Contact numbers are useful, if a problem does arise we will be able to contact you to rectify it.
It is important that when requiring delivery, you respond to our emails arranging a delivery time, if you do not receive and email attempting to arrange a delivery time, please contact us on 0208 883 0117.
If you wish to order you Feast online, and then pick them up from the shop, your order will be available to collect from 9am onwards three days after your order has been placed. Simply select the Collection option on the Order form and we will have you order waiting for you.
All food will be served on/in disposable packaging. If you wish for your food to be presented on Feast Platters please contact Feast Catering.
Trace amount of some products such as nuts, seed, flour, etc... may be in products for sales from Feast Kitchens. Please be aware that we cannot guarantee against food containing ingredients that may cause allergic reactions. Whilst we can supply ingredients on request for items supplied from our kitchen, trace amounts of ingredients used in our kitchens may still be found.
Occasionally we are unable to produce some of our selection as ingredients are out of stock or season, if this situation arises, we will replace your selection with something we feel is similar to your choice and compliments the rest of you selection, along with notifying you of this change.
If you are not happy with any of your goods, supplied by Feast, you must inform us within 24 hours after delivery. All products must be returned to us or made available for inspection. Products must be faulty to qualify for a refund. If you are not happy with your product we will issue a credit note for use with Feast.
